Elevate Your Body Through Lymphatic Healing

Experience refined lymphatic drainage techniques designed to cleanse, restore, and enhance your body’s natural flow.

How It Works

The lymphatic system is part of the immune system and circulatory system. Composed of strategically located veins and lymph nodes, the lymphatic system is responsible for collecting and draining metabolic waste, oedema, toxins and water excess to protect our body from any harmful situation. By stimulating the lymph nodes and pushing the lymph fluid towards the heart, it will return into the blood stream, be filtered by the kidneys, and go on to be flushed out through urination. During this process, water intake is essential.
The human body is made up of 60% water — and 70% of that water is held outside of cells, waiting to be collected and drained through our lymphatic system. That’s why it is so important to keep the flow moving.

COSMETIC AND ANY TYPE OF SURGERY

After surgery, a build-up in swelling is expected as an inflammatory response, and while the techniques in this procedure show positive results after the first treatment, we recommend patients opt for package of sessions to remove all excess fluid.
We recommend that the first session takes place on day 3 post-surgery and that you continue 2 times per week for 2-3 weeks. If you wish to speed up your circulation (if you have poor blood flow, smoke, or simply need a boost), we recommend 3 sessions prior to surgery.
We strongly advise booking between 8 -10 sessions distributed between your pre- and post-surgery window. You should aim for between 2-3 treatments a week for around 4-6 weeks (about 1 and a half months), depending on your body’s response.
